How the website is quoted and delivered

A written quote first
You receive a written quote covering scope, cost and what is included. Paid work starts only after you accept that quote in writing.
What you provide

Access to any existing accounts is arranged by an agreed secure route — never passwords sent in a first email.
Milestones and revisions
Delivery milestones, timing and the number of revision rounds are set out in the quote. Delivery depends on receiving the content, access and approvals when they are needed.
You keep control
The domain and business accounts stay in your name and under your control. Handover, source files and export details are stated in the proposal.
